我厂原使用的脱水、脱泥筛有БКГ—11型和БКГОМ—2型高速摇动筛、万能吊筛、15米~2共振筛和ZZS—2型吊式直线振动筛等六种类型的筛机。由于筛机种类繁多,造成维修和配件准备困难,生产事故多,脱水、脱泥效果差。例如,原洗精煤脱水用的两台БКГ—11型摇动筛和两台ZZS—2型振动筛经常跑煤泥水;脱泥用的筛机数量多,共用八台,但脱泥能力仍感到不足,而且筛机的事故很多。特别是ZZS—2型吊式直线振动筛,经常出现断绳、断簧、坏筛板等现象。
