目的 :探讨顽固性鼻出血的手术治疗疗效。方法 :根据鼻出血的部位及全身状况的不同 ,分别采用颈外动脉结扎术 ,颌内动脉结扎术、筛前动脉结扎术颌内动脉筛前动脉联合结扎术。结果 :15例患者行 16次手术后取得成功 ,术后随诊至今 ,未再发出血。结论 :手术治疗顽固性鼻出血成功率高 ,可避免长期前后鼻孔填塞引所引起的各种并发症 ,减轻病人的心理负担 ,在临床上值得推广
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of intractable epistaxis. Methods: According to the site of epistaxis and the different conditions of the whole body, external carotid artery ligation, maxillary internal artery ligation and anterior ethmoidal artery ligation were performed respectively. Results: Fifteen patients achieved successful operation after 16 surgeries. No blood was found after the operation. Conclusion: Surgical treatment of intractable epistaxis has a high success rate, which can avoid various complications caused by long-term nasal packing and reduce the psychological burden of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion
