一、1999年的回顾1999年我国物证技术学在教材建设、理论研究方面取得了可喜的成就。由中国人民大学法学院徐立根教授主编的高等学校文科教材《物证技术学》第二版66万字巨著于今年五月由中国人民大学出版社出版发行。该书与1990年第一版相比,体系更加合理,内容更加丰富。第二版改变了第一版各章并列编排的框架,把全书内容按各章的性质分为“基本理论”、“基础技术”、“形象痕迹技术”、“文书物证技术”、“化学
