常规的优化模型的约束条件都是在确定因素下进行的硬性约束 ,这样做的直接后果是可能排除掉了一些较优秀的方案。该文针对这一缺陷 ,以松嫩盆地几个中心城市的水资源优化调度为例 ,提出应用模糊优化模型来确定水资源的最优分配方案 ,并应用动态层次分析法确定目标函数的效益系数 ,取得了较好的结果。
The constraints of the conventional optimization model are all rigid constraints under deterministic factors. The direct consequence of this is that some of the better solutions may be excluded. In view of this defect, taking the optimal water resources allocation in several central cities of the Songnen Basin as an example, this paper proposes the application of fuzzy optimization model to determine the optimal allocation of water resources and uses dynamic analytic hierarchy process to determine the efficiency coefficient of the objective function , Achieved good results.
