Our gut is about seven meters long, not only the largest digestive organ, but also the pivotal immune organ. Intestinal will help us absorb nutrients in food, discharge food residue, of course, is the digestive organs, and it has anything to do with the immune system? In fact, most of the body’s immune cells, such as macrophages, T cells, NK cells, B cells are concentrated in the intestine. In addition to these immune cells, gut bacteria also affect our immune system. If the gut flora is out of balance, good bacteria is at a disadvantage, and bad bacteria take the upper hand, the immune cells will fight these bad bacteria. If the bad bacteria is too strong or the fighting force is too long, the immune system is bound to be dragged down.
