主要分析比较了几种常用结构型式回转台的力学特性,由此得出了一种受力分布更为合理的新结构型式,它对改进钢包回转台的设计、减轻其质量具有一定参考价值,同时还提出了减轻回转台设备质量的一些辅助措施。 This paper mainly analyzes and compares the mechanics characteristics of several commonly used rotary tables of structural type. Based on this, a new structure type with more reasonable force distribution is obtained. It has some reference value to improve the design of ladle turntable and reduce its quality. At the same time, some auxiliary measures to reduce the quality of rotary table equipment are also put forward.
