早在2001年底就有人指出,房地产业已经出现与1993年一样的“过热”,并预计2002年就要出现房地产的“冬天”。2002年乃至2003年,对房地产泡沫和风险的警告之声不绝于耳,甚至得出我国的房地产业已经到了泡沫经济的悬崖边沿的结论。
As early as the end of 2001, it was pointed out that the real estate industry has experienced the same “overheating” as in 1993 and it is estimated that the “winter” of real estate will emerge in 2002. In 2002 and even in 2003, the warning of the real estate bubble and risk came to an end. It even came to the conclusion that the real estate industry in China has reached the cliff edge of the bubble economy.
