以某铸铝合金变速箱为研究对象,采用液压伺服控制的方式设计出高精度、易操控的变速箱壳体变形试验系统;通过增配相应夹具,还可进行多种传动零件(如传动轴、离合器等)的扭转试验。综合考量变速箱的动态和静态壳体变形过程,采用变斜率和变幅值的加载方式,建立了一套简单易行的变速箱壳体变形试验方法;结合某型号变速器进行了试验,验证了变速箱壳体变形试验系统与试验方法的可行性,不仅为变速器壳体变形试验提供了重要的手段,而且为变速器壳体刚度与NVH设计、分析和优化提供了准确的基础数据。
Taking a cast aluminum alloy gearbox as the research object, the hydraulic servo control method is used to design a high-precision and easy-control gearbox deformation test system. With the addition of corresponding fixtures, various transmission components (such as the transmission shaft , Clutch, etc.) of the torsion test. Considering the dynamic and static deformation process of the gearbox, a set of simple and easy gearbox deformation test method is established by adopting the variable slope and variable load method. The experiment is carried out with a type of gearbox, The feasibility of transmission case deformation test system and test method not only provide an important means for deformation test of transmission case, but also provide accurate basic data for design, analysis and optimization of transmission case stiffness and NVH.
