为了更准确地跟踪成品油管道输送过程中的油品批次界面,建立了考虑管道沿线油品温度变化的油品批次界面跟踪模型,在求解管道沿线油品温度分布的基础上求解批次界面跟踪模型。将此模型应用于西南成品油管道,对比考虑温度影响和未考虑温度影响下油品批次界面跟踪的结果,表明考虑管道沿线温度影响的批次界面跟踪模型更接近于实际情况。建议在进行油品批次界面跟踪时,对管道沿线温度的变化给予关注。(表4,图1,参7)
In order to more accurately track the batch interface of oil products in the process of oil product pipeline transportation, a tracking model of oil batch interface considering the temperature variation of oil products along the pipeline was established. Based on solving the temperature distribution of oil products along the pipeline, Interface tracking model. Applying this model to the Southwest oil product pipeline, the result of batch interface tracking considering the influence of temperature and temperature is not considered. It shows that the batch interface tracking model considering the temperature along the pipeline is closer to the actual situation.
