髂肌筋膜间隔综合征,国内、外文献尚少介绍,本文报告一例,男,21岁,因从1m高处坠地,左臀部受伤疼痛23小时,左下肢发麻不能伸直6小时入院。检查诊断为“左髂肌筋膜间隔综合征。”手术发现髂肌筋膜后约有500ml血凝块、髂肌部分断裂,股神经、股外侧皮神经被牵张甚紧呈扁平状。缺乏对本综合征的认识是延误诊断的根本原 Iliac myofascial septum syndrome, domestic and foreign literature is still less introduction, this article reports a case of male, 21 years old, falling from the height of 1m, pain in the left hip pain for 23 hours, left lower extremity numbness can not be straightened 6 hours admission.
