作者分析了俄罗斯医生在职培训现有体系的状况和缺点,指出,医学院校学生毕业后未经严格反复的在职培训,导致年轻医生素质下降,思维僵化,从而经常发生医疗错误,给个人、家庭和社会带来灾难的后果。莫斯科市于1979年组建了医生进修系,为改善医生的在职培训问题探索了一条新路。从专科医生晋升到一级医师再到高级医生都应参加培训并通过相应资历认证考试。其职务能否晋升、工资是否增加直接取决于这些考试结果。
The author analyzed the status and shortcomings of the current system of Russian doctors’ on-the-job training. He pointed out that after graduating from medical colleges, students did not undergo rigorous and repeated on-the-job training. As a result, the quality of young doctors declined, and thinking became rigid. As a result, medical errors often occurred to individuals and families. And society brings the consequences of disasters. In 1979, the Moscow City established the Department of Medical Education to explore a new path for improving doctors’ in-service training. Promotions from specialists to first-level physicians to senior doctors should participate in training and pass corresponding qualification exams. Whether or not his job can be promoted and whether his salary increases directly depends on the results of these tests.
