本文着重对医院的医师组织(医师委员会)的改革及管理进行了探讨。作者认为应提高医师对全院工作的参与意识,使其关心全院工作的计划及执行过程,为改善医院经营做出贡献。本文还分析了医院与一般企业的差异,指出如企业已发展到从企业文化的高度来改善经营形象,而医院的管理却乃落后,建议学习企业经验,研究改进医院管理。
This article focuses on the reform and management of the hospital’s physician organization (the doctor’s committee). The author believes that physicians should increase their awareness of participation in the work of the hospital so that they can care about the planning and implementation process of the hospital’s work and contribute to the improvement of hospital management. This paper also analyzes the differences between hospitals and general enterprises, and points out that if companies have developed to improve their business image from the height of corporate culture, hospital management is lagging behind. It is recommended to learn corporate experience and to study and improve hospital management.
