用香菇的液体菌种,接入麦粒基质中,制成香菇麦粒栽培种,可比常规木屑制种缩短将近一半的时间。这种麦粒种经冷库(4~8℃)、室温(10~32℃)、温室(25~28℃)三种温度下保存100天,试验菌株的各种处理均能达到90%以上的萌发率,显著优于室温保存的木屑常规种的26%的萌发率;贮存228天,除保存于冷库的麦粒种仍能100%萌发,其它温度下保存的麦粒种的萌发率下降程度随保存温度和菌株的不同而不同,但仍优于相同条件下保存、已不能萌发的木屑常规种。
