以甲醛、丙酮、亚硫酸钠、烯丙基聚乙二醇为主要材料合成脂肪族高效增强剂,探讨了原料配比、聚合温度和保温时间等对脂肪族高效增强剂分散性能的影响,测试了该增强剂的分散性能及其在管桩混凝土中的应用性能。结果表明,掺合成的脂肪族高效增强剂的管桩混凝土,在不同的水胶比下均具有良好的分散性和分散保持能力,随着水胶比的下降,混凝土的蒸压、蒸养强度提高。
Aldehydes, acetone, sodium sulfite, allyl polyethylene glycol as the main material synthesis of aliphatic high-efficiency enhancers, discussed the ratio of raw materials, polymerization temperature and holding time on the dispersion of aliphatic high-performance enhancer, the test of the Dispersing Properties of Reinforcing Agents and Their Application Properties in Pipe Pile Concrete.
