鞍鋼地質勘探公司在1958年生产大跃进中,由于認真貫彻了大搞群众运动,全党全民办地質的方针,地質勘探工作取得了很大成績。不仅超額1.7倍完成了国家矿量計划,而且各项工程进尺、效率等均有了显著的提高。特別是从单純依靠专业普查队解决基地問題改变为由各勘探队同时普查找矿的作法之后,充分发挥了各勘探队的积极性,仅半年时間就发現了各种资源矿点400多处,扭轉了基地不足的局面,基本上满足了勘探工作发展的需要。他們之所以能取得这一成績,主要是在实际工作中,貫彻了勘探不忘普查,力争全面跃进的思想。
