对铁路冷藏车R134a替代R12进行了相关的试验研究。通过模拟计算、试验数据整理、图形化处理,并对照理论计算的结果。试验表明,采集获得的数据与理论计算有很好的符合。R12多应用于冷冻冷藏设备,用R134a替代后,基本的热力参数都和R12系统接近,但设备的制冷性能会有小幅的下降,制冷量将减少15%左右。对于安全性要求高和易泄露的场合,R134a是R12的最佳替代物。
R134a railway refrigerated trucks instead of R12 carried out the relevant experimental study. Through the simulation calculation, the test data is collated, the graph is processed, and the result of theoretical calculation is compared. The experiment shows that the data obtained by the acquisition is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. R12 more used in refrigeration equipment, with R134a replacement, the basic thermal parameters and R12 systems are close, but the cooling performance of the equipment there will be a slight decline in cooling capacity will be reduced by about 15%. R134a is the best alternative for R12 for safety-critical and leak-prone applications.
