世界各国在发展气垫船的过程中均重视围裙性能的研究。这种研究是以围裙模拟试验为基础的,其试验装置通称围裙箱。本文在分析国内外围裙箱的基础上,提出了改进措施。该试验设备有水围裙箱,动态围裙箱,可用于围裙在水面上零速时的性能试验,也可以模拟气垫船在波浪上航行时波浪对围裙的动态响应。 该装置改进后的某些试验结果,已经应用在实艇的围裙设计中,将对提高气垫船的性能起促进作用。某些装置尚有待在调试过程中进一步改进。
All countries in the world pay attention to the study of apron performance in the development of hovercraft. This research is based on apron simulation test, the test device known as apron box. Based on the analysis of the apron case at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the improvement measures. The test rig has a water apron box and a dynamic apron box, which can be used to test the apron performance at zero speed on the surface of the water. It can also simulate the dynamic response of the wave to the apron when the hovercraft sails on the waves. Some of the improved experimental results of the device, which have been applied to aprons of real boats, will play a role in improving the performance of the hovercraft. Some devices have yet to be further improved during commissioning.
