All say that it is difficult to see a doctor, but it is more difficult for the peasants to see a doctor than a person in the city. The reason is clear: the vast majority of health resources in the country are concentrated in towns and cities. According to statistics of the World Bank, China has used a total of 1% of the world’s total health expenditure to solve the basic medical and health services that account for 22% of the world’s population, and has made the population’s health status a leading level in developing countries. This is a remarkable achievement. However, due to slow complacency, according to the evaluation of the World Health Organization, China’s health expenditure burden fairness index, even if lining up in developing countries, falls into the embarrassing situation of countdown, there is no other reason, mainly the personal health cost burden per capita The proportion of income is too wide.
