针对铰链零件的结构特点与生产批量要求,对产品进行了冲压成形工艺分析,确定了压端部圆弧与卷圆的工艺方案。通过上模对送料拨叉的推拉运动,实现自动送料,并设计了具有自动送料的铰链成形级进模,介绍了模具结构、工作过程、设计关键点和调试方法。经过生产实践,验证了所设计的模具结构简单合理,使用维修方便,生产效率高,加工的产品质量好。
According to the structural characteristics of the hinge parts and the production batch requirements, the product is analyzed by the stamping process, and the process scheme of the arc of the pressing end and the rounding process is determined. Through the push-pull movement of the feeding fork on the upper die, automatic feeding is realized, and a hinged progressive die with automatic feeding is designed. The structure of the die, working process, key point of design and debugging method are introduced. After the production practice, it is verified that the designed mold structure is simple and reasonable, the use and maintenance is convenient, the production efficiency is high and the processed product quality is good.
