自建国以来,记录着人一生的人事档案在我国人员调动方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,而随着经济的发展,各行各业也逐渐得到了发展机遇,从而快速的发展,也因此各岗位对工作人员的需求量正在逐渐上升,这也表明人事档案在当今社会逐渐占据了更加重要的作用,从而在人事档案工作上需要投入更多的精力。本文主要通过阐述人事档案的概念与特点,探讨我国当前人事管理工作中所出现的问题,并提出解决对策,旨在通过对我国人事档案的现况的研究,改善我国的人事档案的管理,并探索人事档案工作的发展思路。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the personnel files recording the life of a person have played a decisive role in the transfer of personnel in our country. With the development of economy, various trades and industries have also been gradually given opportunities for development so as to achieve rapid development. Therefore, The demand of personnel is gradually increasing, which shows that the personnel files have gradually taken up a more important role in our society. Therefore, more efforts are required in the personnel files. This paper mainly expounds the concept and characteristics of personnel files, discusses the problems that appear in the current personnel management in our country, and puts forward the solutions to solve them.
