随着信息技术的发展,以知识为基础的创意驱动型经济到来,现行于国内企业的整体形象战略,显现出局限性,整体形象战略从理论到行动,需要系统升级。认清企业整体形象战略与企业文化建设的关系,从整体形象入手作为推动企业文化建设的主力点,符合时代要求、国际形势和企业竞争趋势,也是落实科学发展观的具体举措。
With the development of information technology, based on the knowledge-based creative economy, the current overall strategy for domestic enterprises shows its limitations. The overall image strategy needs a systematic upgrade from theory to action. Recognizing the relationship between the overall corporate image strategy and corporate culture building, starting from the overall image as the main force to promote the building of enterprise culture, in line with the requirements of the times, the international situation and the trend of business competition, is also a concrete measure to implement the scientific concept of development.
