中老年教师的职业倦怠是当前教师专业发展过程中相当困扰的一个问题。从中老年教师专业发展的现状和倦怠形成因素分析,进而提出具体措施,对缓解中老年教师的职业倦怠,促进其专业发展具有现实意义。
