随着大电流、高电压应用范围越来越广,其测量越来越重要。为了解决电解领域大电流测量难度大的问题,本文在传统光纤电流互感器(FOCT)的基础上提出一种新型的便携式光纤电流感器(P-FOCT)。由于 P-FOCT 在设计和安装过程中由于柔性传感头光路不闭合和导体偏心会引起法拉第相移误差影响电流计精度,对传感头闭合误差和导体偏心位置对 P-FOCT 的影响进行了理论分析和实验测试。得到了法拉第相移相对误差随传感头不闭合度角度增加;随导体到非闭合长度中心的距离增大而减小等结论。另外增加传感头匝数能减小法拉第相移误差,提高 P-FOCT的测量精度,为 P-FOCT 的设计和安装提供了重要的参考意义。

The relative error of Faraday phase shift is obtained as the angle of head unblocking increases, and the distance between conductor and non-closed center decreases. In addition, increasing the number of turns of the sensor head can reduce the Faraday phase shift error and improve the measurement accuracy of the P-FOCT, which provides an important reference meaning for the design and installation of the P-FOCT.
