先天性再生低下性贫血(DBS)发生于婴儿时期,以中度及严重贫血、无白细胞减少或血小板减少、骨髓细胞显示红系幼稚细胞减少或缺如为本病特征。病因尚不清楚。本研究是确定 DBS 患者血浆及尿中 BPA 水平,以便了解骨髓红系衰竭是否与比因子有关。一、材料及方法:患者:1986年3月至10月在洛杉矶儿童医院血液一肿瘤科诊治的8例患者。BPA 分析:采用1985年 PP Dukes 方法,分离取出单个核细胞,以每份3~3.3×10~5/ml 细胞悬液
Congenital aplastic anemia (DBS) occurs in infancy, with moderate and severe anemia, no leukopenia or thrombocytopenia, bone marrow cells showed red lineage naive cells reduced or absent-based features of the disease. The cause is not clear. This study was to determine BPA levels in plasma and urine of patients with DBS in order to understand whether bone marrow erythroid failure is more factor-related. First, the material and method: patients: March 1986 to October in Los Angeles Children’s Hospital of blood-oncology treatment of 8 patients. BPA analysis: The method of PP Dukes in 1985 was used to separate and purify mononuclear cells, and the cell suspension (3 ~ 3.3 × 10 ~ 5 / ml)
