本文研究了潮湿环境下3mm、6mm短聚丙烯纤维对高强修补砂浆的工作性能及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:在掺量0.60%的范围内,高强修补砂浆拌合物的稠度会随着短聚丙烯纤维掺量的增大而减少,但稠度减小的幅度总体上相对较小。在潮湿的水养护环境下,随着3mm短聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,高强修补砂浆的7d抗折强度会慢慢减小,而28d抗折强度则呈现出波动的变化、组分间相差相对较小;7d抗压强度会先增大而后减小,而28d的抗压强度则会减小。6mm短聚丙烯纤维的加入会提高高强修补砂浆的28d抗压强度。随着3mm短聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,高强修补砂浆28d压折比会急剧降低,柔韧性会显著提高,而6mm短聚丙烯纤维的加入则会增加高强修补砂浆压折比。
In this paper, the effects of 3mm, 6mm short polypropylene fibers on the performance and physical and mechanical properties of high-strength mortar under wet conditions were studied. The results show that the consistency of high-strength repair mortar decreases with the increase of the content of short polypropylene fibers in the range of 0.60%, but the decrease of consistency is relatively small in general. Under humid environment, with the increase of 3mm short polypropylene fiber content, the 7d flexural strength of high-strength repair mortar will gradually decrease, while the 28d flexural strength will fluctuate, the difference between the components Is relatively small; 7d compressive strength will increase first and then decrease, while the compressive strength of 28d will be reduced. The addition of 6mm short polypropylene fibers will increase the 28d compressive strength of high-strength repair mortar. With the increase of the content of 3mm short polypropylene fiber, the crimp ratio of high-strength mortar will decrease sharply at 28d and the flexibility will be significantly improved. However, the addition of 6mm short polypropylene fiber will increase the crimp ratio of high-strength mortar.
