目的测定北社鼠对杀鼠灵的敏感性,为检验该鼠的抗药性提供参数。方法实验室做单个笼养无选择摄食试验:雌雄分开,随机分组,按5个不同食毒期供给浓度为0.025%的杀鼠灵毒饵;用Bliss计算机软件,计算不同食毒期与对应死亡率之间的关系。结果北社鼠对杀鼠灵的敏感性,性别之间差异无统计学意义(P_b>0.05,P_(LFP50)>0.05);故将雌雄数据合并计算,得毒力回归方程y=3.29+4.33x,LFP_(50)、LFP_(95)、LF_(99)及其95%置信限分别为2.48(1.97~3.13)、5.96(3.92~9.06)和8.56(4.65~15.78)d。结论按世界卫生组织推荐的以致死99%敏感靶标鼠的食毒期(LF_(90))取整天数作为抗药性检验标准,山西省娄烦地区北社鼠对0.025%的杀鼠灵毒饵摄食期超过9 d存活即为抗性鼠。
Objective To determine the sensitivity of Beishe mouse to warfarin and provide parameters for testing its resistance.
