目的研究归芪合剂对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠神经病变的防治作用。方法建立T2DM大鼠模型,给予归芪合剂灌胃治疗12周,测定大鼠运动神经传导速度(MCV),感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、电位幅度与面积和H反射的变化。结果①与正常组比较,模型组大鼠MCV、SCV、电位幅度与面积均显著下降,H、M波潜伏期显著延长,振幅下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);②与模型组比较,归芪合剂治疗组大鼠MCV、SCV、电位幅度与面积均显著升高,H、M波潜伏期显著缩短,振幅增大(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论归芪合剂对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变有明显的防治作用。
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Gui Qi Mixture on neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods T2DM rat model was established. Guqi Mixture was given for 12 weeks. The changes of motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV), potential amplitude and area and H reflex were measured. Results ① Compared with the normal group, the amplitude and area of MCV and SCV in model group decreased significantly, the latency of H and M wave significantly prolonged, and the amplitude decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01); Compared with model group, The amplitude and area of MCV and SCV in rats treated with Qiqi Mixture were significantly increased, while the latent periods of H and M waves were significantly shortened and their amplitude increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Guiqi mixture has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on peripheral neuropathy in diabetic rats.
