南京地区的霉雨季节较长,夏季的温、湿度较高,因此我厂精密金属零件、工具、机床生锈的现象是比较普遍的.为了防止精密金属零件在加工工序间生锈,以往我厂一直沿用的工序间防锈方法是:在零件接近出现或已出现最终加工表面的情况下,凡是加工工序不能连续进行时,就要用煤油清洗掉零件表面沾附的加工用切削液及汗迹,涂上防锈油,才能向下道工序流转.对于工序较多、生产周期较长的复杂零件,往往要在工序间防锈工作上耗去大量的人力、物力.有时因为某一工序后的防锈处理没有及时做好,零件仍然发生锈蚀.因此,如何有效地简化工序间防锈方法是防锈工作中迫切需要解决的一个课题.
