复合工艺是指压力机在一次冲程内,同时完成几道工序的工艺。它与单工序相比,具有模具数量少、生产效率高等优点,因而越来越受到人们的重视。近几年来,我们针对一些零件的具体特点,在分析了变形原理的基础上,不断进行工艺试验,取得了一些成绩。下面把自行车零件鼓动机、中轴挡、中轴碗的工艺改进情况作一介绍,供同行参考。
