自1894年Devic正式提出视神经脊髓炎(又称Devic’s disease,DD)病名以来,该病与多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)的关系一直存在争议,本文通过我科收治1例DD患者的临床特点、神经病理学改变并结合文献就两者关系进行探讨。
The relationship between the disease and multiple sclerosis (MS) has been controversial since Devic formally proposed the name of optic neuromyelitis (DD) in 1894. In this paper, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of one case of DD treated in our department , Neuropathological changes combined with literature to explore the relationship between the two.
