传统V型发动机曲轴箱体45°面专用机床夹具存在结构复杂、制造成本高等诸多问题。对此,在重新分析V型发动机的形状、尺寸精度等因素的基础上,确定了新的装夹方案。并通过Pro/E软件三维造型,完成了各机构的设计工作。为了验证夹具的可靠性,采用ANSYS软件对夹具的关键部件—压板进行有限元分析,得到压板在受力状态下应力分布情况及工作时的振动频率大小,以此来判断夹具的可靠性,为新型夹具的广泛应用提供依据。
