在磁盘存贮器中,磁头定位采用伺服盘定位是当今采用的最广泛的一种方法。磁头定位既然依赖于伺服盘,则在伺服盘上必须要有可供定位用的伺服磁道信息。它是一种特定的具有一定格式标准的磁记录信息。磁盘驱动器本身是无法形成这个信息的,它须依靠伺服盘刻制设备,把伺服磁道信息写入伺服盘面上。而在伺服盘刻制设备中,为刻制伺服图案于伺服盘面上,它必须有一个严格同步的、且物理位置极其精确的基准时钟信号。本文就是叙述如何通过基准盘来设计基准时钟系统的思想及实现过程。
In disk storage, head positioning using servo positioning is one of the most widely used methods today. Since the head positioning depends on the servo disk, there must be servo track information for positioning on the servo disk. It is a specific formatted standard magnetic record of information. Disk drive itself is unable to form this information, it must rely on the servo disk engraving equipment, the servo track information written to the servo disk. In the servo disk engraving equipment, in order to engrave the servo pattern on the servo disk, it must have a strictly synchronized reference clock signal with extremely accurate physical location. This article describes how to design a reference clock system through the reference disk and the realization of the process.
