利用 R F TⅢ往复摩擦磨损试验机,对 Al2024 合金在可聚合添加剂作用下与45# 钢对摩时的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对摩擦表面的化学成分进行了分析,并对可聚合添加剂的减摩抗磨机理进行了探讨.摩擦磨损试验结果表明,在给定的试验条件下,与基础油相比,可聚合添加剂可提高 Al2024 的耐磨性、降低摩擦系数和表面粗糙度.表面分析结果表明,可聚合添加剂的减摩抗磨作用在于其可在摩擦表面生成摩擦聚合物
R F T Ⅲ reciprocating friction and wear testing machine was used to study the friction and wear properties of Al2024 alloy with 45 # steel under the action of a polymerizable additive. The chemical composition of the friction surface was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy , And the anti-friction and anti-wear mechanism of polymerizable additives were discussed. Friction and wear test results show that, under the given test conditions, the polymerizable additives can improve the wear resistance of Al2024, reduce the friction coefficient and surface roughness compared with the base oil. The surface analysis results show that the anti-friction and anti-wear effect of the polymerizable additive is that it can generate friction polymer on the friction surface
