楔横轧轧制轧件时,轧件受两向压应力、一向拉应力作用,轧件心部可能产生疏松、裂纹等心部缺陷,采用Deform-3D三维有限元软件模拟了不同工艺参数条件下楔横轧轧制螺纹轴类件的成形过程,从理论上分析了各种工况下轧件内部易产生缺陷的应力应变的变化特点,得出齿高变化率和螺旋升角对轧件心部质量的影响规律。研究结果表明,齿高变化率较大或螺旋升角随螺纹齿形中径尺寸变化时,轧件心部应力、应变都较小。选取合适的工艺参数,螺纹轴内部不会出现心部缺陷。
