意象,作为一种理论话语,之所以能够成为当今的美学热点,不仅在于其贯通古今中西美学,而且以其而成为艺术审美的核心范畴;与“形象”等概念范畴相比较,意象更具有本体性、整合性与包容性。意象,既关乎历史本体的展开,更需要落实到心理本体的建构。在艺术中,意象构成了一个包含着形式意蕴于自身的完整的感性世界。意象不仅构成了艺术的基本粒子,而且体现出艺术之本质。
