隧道穿过可溶性岩层,溶洞的出现会为施工带来困难。以黑石岭隧道右线RK74+649里程段溶洞为例,首先通过数值模拟试验手段解决了既有溶洞段隧道开挖关键核心技术,即溶洞垫层厚度优化研究,最终确定溶洞垫层厚度为2.5m。然后立足于合理安排施工工艺和工序,减少工程隐患,从设计、施工和运营等方面综合考虑,提出了合理处治措施。
Tunnels pass through soluble rock formations, and the presence of karst holes can create difficulties in construction. Taking the karst cave at the RK74 + 649 milestone on the right-ofdirection of Heishiling tunnel as an example, the key core technology of tunnel excavation in the existing karst cave section is first solved by numerical simulation. That is to say, the optimum thickness of karst cave cushion layer is finally determined. The thickness of karst cave cushion layer is 2.5 m. Then based on a reasonable arrangement of construction technology and processes, to reduce hidden dangers of the project, from the design, construction and operation aspects of a comprehensive consideration, put forward a reasonable treatment measures.
