由于新疆铍精矿比手造绿柱石的氧化铍含量低,杂质含量高,给冶炼工艺带来一定困难,至今国内外尚无处理这种矿石的工业实践。本文根据多年试验研究的结果,简要叙述了适合于处理合BeO在7%以上铍精矿的新的氟化法工艺和最佳技术条件及实验结果,并着重论述了流程的特点,以及产品质量、成本和金属回收率等技木经济指标等情况,此外还对有关机理进行了探讨。
Due to the low content of beryllium oxide and high content of impurities in beryllium ore in Xinjiang, the beryllium concentrate in Xinjiang poses some difficulties to the smelting process. Up to now, there is no industrial practice to deal with this ore at home and abroad. Based on the results of many years of experimental research, this article briefly describes the new fluorination process and the optimum technical conditions and experimental results suitable for the treatment of beryllium coke with BeO above 7%. The characteristics of the process, as well as the product quality , Cost and metal recovery and other technical and economic indicators, etc. In addition, the mechanism was also discussed.
