在高精度连续模的设计中,要求卸料板在工作中不应与凸模产生了干涉现象,这就需要增加导向装置。附图中所示为一种将卸料板固定和卸料板导向设计在一起的结构。从图中可知,在模具装配时,把导套5压入固定座6中。螺钉2把导柱3与卸料板8连接为一体。这样就限定了卸料板的安装位置和高度。工作时,卸料板压缩胶垫7,使导柱在导套中滑动,起卸料板的导向作用。
