大野放射治疗(Large-field或Magna-field)系指采用对人体的全身照射(Total Body Irradiation-TBI)或半身照射(HBI),近来,它的含意也包括了身体某一部份的放射治疗,如全淋巴系统照射。 大野放射的应用主要有以下四方面: 一、骨髓移植(Bone Marrow Transplantation,BMT):用于替换患者骨髓的造血成份,清除固有骨髓,TBI可抑制其免疫系统,防止宿主的排斥,使提供的骨髓干细胞移植成功,如治疗再生障碍性贫血等; 二、骨髓重建(Bone Manow Reconsitution,
