坚持面向基层、注重实用的方针更好地为建设服务、为读者服务本刊第一次全国通联会议,于去年10月下旬在无锡召开。通讯员、作者、编者共32人聚集一堂,总结办刊经验,找差距,研究改进措施,并在交流各地技术成果的基础上,讨论了1986年的报道要点。会议得到了无锡市土建学会、建委的大力支持。会议认为,刊物认真坚持了“面向基层、注重实用”的方针,贯彻了“为建设服务、为读者服务”的宗旨,有特色,因而受到各方面的赞许,建立了
