This article examines the changes in hemorheology after severe frostbite in rabbits and the effects of antithrombin therapy on these changes. The rabbits were placed in -25°C 95% ethanol to cause severe frostbite. After the frozen limb was thawed, 0.25 U/kg body weight was added to the 20 ml/kg body weight of saline during the intravenous drip. The results showed that the blood viscosity, red blood cell count, hematocrit, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased after frostbite in rabbits, indicating that the body’s blood rheological properties were changed due to frostbite and the blood flow became slower. The above changes were observed after treatment with Anophthalmia antithrombus enzyme. It has been restored to varying degrees, which has an important role in improving the pathological process of frostbite tissue blood circulation disorders.
