建国以来,我省海水养殖科技硕果累累,为生产的发展倾注了巨大的活力,有力地推动我省海水养殖业不断地向生产的广度和深度进军。建国四十年来,我省海水养殖面积由11.00万亩,扩大到82.66万亩,产量由3.20万吨,增长到25.01万吨,分别增长37.51倍和7.82倍。生产的发展首先是党的方针政策上的威力,还有资金和物资的巨大投入,但应当看到科学技术的进步也发挥了重要作用。集中表现在以下几个方面: 1.资源利用从滩涂推向浅海。我省滩涂总面积284万亩,可利用于发展养殖的面积约为180万亩。建国以来滩涂的综合开发利用已经达到了较高的水平。而10米等深线
