目的:研究复方混合提取工艺和单味药提取工艺制备的黄芪总苷(ATS)、黄芪多糖(APS)、丹参总酚酸(TSA)和总丹参酮(TTS)对肝星状细胞(HSC)的抑制作用,考察不同制备工艺对相同有效部位生物活性的影响。方法:采用血清刺激HSC,用[3H]-TdR和[3H]-Proline掺入法分别检测其增殖和胶原合成的活性。结果:以增殖抑制率为指标时,单提工艺制备的ATS、TSA、TTS的效价强度分别是混提工艺ATS、TSA、TTS的1.05、1.16和1.14倍,而以胶原抑制率为指标时,效价强度则分别是0.97、1.27、1.03倍。结论:两种工艺制备的相同有效部位基本等效。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of total astragalosides (ATS), astragalus polysaccharides (APS), total salvianolic acids (TSA) and total tanshinone (TTS) on the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) Inhibitory effect of different preparation process on the same effective part of the biological activity. Methods: Serum was used to stimulate HSC. Proliferation and collagen synthesis were measured by [3H] -TdR and [3H] -Proline incorporation respectively. Results: The titer of ATS, TSA and TTS prepared by single extraction was 1.05, 1.16 and 1.14 times higher than that of ATS, TSA and TTS, respectively. However, when collagen inhibition rate was used as an index , The potency is respectively 0.97,1.27,1.03 times. Conclusion: The same effective parts prepared by the two processes are basically equivalent.
