中药含药血清药理与整体药效相关性的初步观察

应用当归补血汤的原药液及其含药血清对小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质生成作用进行了比较。结果表明,当归补血汤原药液直接加入反应体系中,无明显抑制小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质生成的作用。当归补血汤13.2g/kg、26.4g/kg、52.8g/kg灌胃小鼠7d,能够明显抑制小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质的生成;当归补血汤6.6g/kg、13.2g/kg、26.4g/kg、52.8g/kg、66.0g/kg单次灌胃小鼠后60min所取的当归补血汤含药血清,体外能够明显抑制小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质的生成。提示以当归补血汤原药液所做的体外实验不能反映体内给药的效果,而以当归补血汤含药血清所进行的体外实验的结果,与整体药效具有一致性,能够反映整体给药的药效。 The effect of serum and serum containing Danggui Buxue Decoction on lipid peroxidation in liver tissue of mice was compared.
