从宏观层面综合评价某一国家或地区建筑业的碳足迹,系统地提出产业低碳经济发展策略,已成为一项关键工作。本文以我国产业部门的投入产出表、分行业能源消耗、各能源的标煤折算系数及碳排放系数为基础,构建了“基于能源消耗的产业部门碳排放模型”和“产业部门碳足迹模型”。以2007年为例,从国家层面界定了建筑业“表观低碳、隐含高碳”的性质;从完全消耗角度分析了建筑业碳足迹在产业部门、能源种类及国际国内方面的分布结构;并从产业链的技术升级、能源的有效利用及建筑产业自身的技术升级三方面提出了建筑业低碳经济发展策略。研究结果可为从宏观层面制定低碳建筑策略提供定量决策和理论支持。
It is a key task to comprehensively evaluate the carbon footprint of the construction industry in a particular country or region from a macro-level and systematically put forward the strategy of industrial low-carbon economy development. Based on the input-output tables of industries in our country, the energy consumption of industries, the conversion coefficient of standard coal of various energy sources and the carbon emission coefficient, this paper constructs the “carbon emission model based on energy consumption in industrial sectors” and the “industrial sector Carbon Footprint Model. ” Taking 2007 as an example, this paper defines the nature of the construction industry as “apparent low-carbon and high-carbon” at the national level. From the perspective of total consumption, it analyzes the carbon footprint of the construction industry in the industrial sector, energy type and international and domestic Distribution structure; and from the industrial chain of technological upgrading, efficient use of energy and the construction industry’s own technological upgrading proposed three aspects of the construction industry low carbon economy development strategy. The results provide quantitative decision-making and theoretical support for the development of low carbon construction strategies at the macro level.
