目的利用一测多评法建立假马齿苋中间体中5种三萜皂苷类成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法以BacopasideⅠ为内参物,建立Bacoside A_3、BacopasideⅡ、Bacopasaponin C isomer、Bacopasaponin C的相对校正因子,从而计算各成分含量,并将一测多评结果与外标法实测值用相对误差评价,验证一测多评法的准确性。结果 BacopasideⅠ与Bacoside A_3、BacopasideⅡ、Bacopasaponin C isomer、Bacopasaponin C的相对校正因子分别为0.980、0.747、1.046、0.836,一测多评法计算结果与外标法无显著差异,相对误差小于5%。结论该方法准确可靠,简便可行,可作为假马齿苋中间体多指标成分测定质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of five triterpene saponins in the intermediate of Balsam pear by using a multi-evaluation method. Methods The relative calibration factors of Bacoside A_3, BacopasideⅡ, Bacopasaponin C isomer and Bacopasaponin C were established by using Bacopaside Ⅰ as internal reference to calculate the relative content of each component. The relative error of the results of one test and the external standard was evaluated. Test multiple assessment accuracy. Results The relative calibration factors of Bacopaside Ⅰ, Bacopaside Ⅱ, Bacopasaponin C isomer and Bacopasaponin C were 0.980, 0.747, 1.046 and 0.836, respectively. There was no significant difference between the results of one test and the external standard with the relative error of less than 5%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, simple and feasible, and can be used as a quality control method for determining the multi-index components of the Balsam pear.
