社会工作者为农村回迁社区的留守儿童给予关爱和提供专业服务具有专业上的优势。专业社会工作机构通过社区学堂服务项目为回迁社区留守儿童提供学业指导、心理疏导、增进亲子关系等专业服务,有利于留守儿童的健康成长和全面发展。在社会工作介入留守儿童服务中,对儿童的实际需求进行调查、对服务流程进行设计和对服务效果进行评估是保证专业服务质量的重要内容。
Social workers have a professional advantage in providing care and professional services to left-behind children in rural migrant communities.
