目的:建立一种简捷、快速、准确直接测定尿中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。方法:取加酸保护的尿样不经消化处理,采用磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收直接测定尿中铅的含量。结果:尿铅浓度在0~40μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991,方法的检出限为3.06×10-3mg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.61%,回收率为99.2%~104.4%。结论:方法快速、简单、灵敏、准确,适用于尿中铅含量的检测,尤其适于大规模样品的测定。
Objective: To establish a simple, rapid and accurate direct determination of lead in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The acid-protected urine samples were digested without digestion, and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as matrix modifier to directly determine the content of lead in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of lead and 0 ~ 40μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9991, the detection limit was 3.06 × 10-3mg / L, the relative standard deviation was less than 3.61% and the recovery was 99.2%. % ~ 104.4%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate and is suitable for the determination of lead in urine. It is especially suitable for the determination of large-scale samples.
