通过不同年龄组的釉质标本的红外光谱的分析发现CO_3~2的U_3,U_2振动吸收峰与PO_4~(3-)的U_3振动吸收峰的相对强度的比值随年龄增大而逐渐增大。乳牙和恒牙的红外光谱的分析亦有明显的差异。
The analysis of infrared spectra of enamel specimens of different age groups showed that the ratio of the relative absorption intensity of U_3 and U_2 vibrational absorption peaks of CO_3 ~ 2 to U_3 vibrational absorption peak of PO_4 ~ (3-) increased with age. Analysis of infrared spectra of primary teeth and permanent teeth also showed significant differences.
