目的:探讨柔性管理在肝胆胰外科护理中的实施效果。方法:抽取2015年1月~2016年1月间杭州市第一人民医院180名肝胆胰外科患者为对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各90名。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施柔性护理管理。观察比较两组患者生活质量、患者护理满意率及投诉率的差异。结果:实验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组;实验组患者对护理人员的满意率更高,投诉率更低;均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:柔性管理可以显著提高患者满意度,提升患者的生活质量,从而提高临床护理质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of flexible management in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Methods: One hundred and eighty hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical patients in Hangzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 90 in each group. Control group to implement routine care, experimental group implementation of flexible nursing management. The quality of life, patient care satisfaction rate and complaint rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the experimental group was higher and the rate of complaints was lower. There was a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Flexible management can significantly improve patient satisfaction, improve patient quality of life, and improve the quality of clinical care.
